第一條（目的）
本校為鼓勵外國（不含大陸、香港及澳門地區）學生修習及增進華語文能力，以達認識在地文化社會與促進國際交流之目的，特訂定「中國醫藥大學外國學生華語文能力測驗獎勵辦法」（以下簡稱本辦法）。
Article One (Objective)
These regulations were drafted to encourage international students (does not include students from China, Hong Kong and Macao) to learn and improve their Chinese language skills so as to achieve the goal of understanding local culture and community, as well as to foster international exchange.
第二條（申請資格）
以外國學生身分入學之本校在學學生（不含休學學生），持有教育部華語文能力測驗（Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language, TOCFL）進階級以上且在有效期限內之證書者，得申請外國學生華語文能力測驗獎勵（以下簡稱本獎勵）。
Article Two (Eligibility)
Any student that enrolled at the CMU as an international student (excluding students on a leave of absence) and holds a valid Ministry of Education Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) certificate at the Intermediate Level or above, can apply for the CMU International Student Chinese Proficiency Incentive (hereinafter known as the incentive).
第三條（申請方式）
申請人應檢具下列文件向國際事務處（以下簡稱國際處）提出申請，文件不全或不符規定者，不予受理：
（一）效期內合格華語文能力測驗證書影本。
（二）效期內合格華語文能力測驗成績單影本。
（三）本校學生證正反面影本。
（四）有效之居留證正反面影本。
（五）金融機構帳戶存摺封面影本。
（六）申請表。
（七）本校領款收據。
Article Three (Method of Application)
Applicants shall provide the following documents to the Office of Global Affairs (hereinafter known as OGA):
(1) a copy of a valid TOCFL certificate;
(2) a copy of a valid TOCFL test report;
(3) the front and reverse side of the applicant’s student ID card;
(4) the front and reverse sides of a valid Taiwan Alien Resident Certificate(ARC);
(5) a copy of applicant’s bank passbook with account information;
(6) application form (see attachment 1);
(7) CMU payment receipt (see attachment 2).
The application shall not be processed if the documents are incomplete or does not meet the requirements.
第四條（申請時間）
本獎勵每學年受理申請一次，實際申請日期以國際處公告為準，逾期不予受理。
Article Four (Application Period)
This incentive shall be open for application once every academic year. The OGA will announce application deadlines each year. Late applications will not be processed.
第五條（獎勵名額）
每年獎勵名額視「國際生留臺就業輔導專業化試辦計畫」之預算經費而定。
Article Five (Number of Incentives Available)
The total number of available incentives each academic year shall be determined annually based on the budget of the " Pilot Program for the Professionalization of Employment Counseling for International Students in Taiwan.”
第六條（獎勵標準）
Article Six (Standards for Distribution of Incentives)
本獎勵經國際處審核，依學校經費核銷程序核准後發放，並直接將款項匯入受獎生之金融機構帳戶。獎勵標準如下表，於每年獎勵名額內，測驗等級高者優先核給，測驗等級相同時，以通過成績高者優先核給。
This incentive shall be reviewed by OGA prior to distribution, and approved according to the CMU's funding reimbursement procedure, and it shall be directly transferred into the bank account designated by the recipient. The incentive shall be distributed based on the standards listed below, within the annual quota for incentives, where awards for high levels shall take priority. Where awards are given for the same level, the higher score shall take priority.

前項通過分數以國家華語測驗推動工作委員會公告標準為主。同一測驗類型之同一測驗等級以獎勵一次為限。同一測驗類型已通過較高等級且獲得本獎勵者，不再發給較低等級（或同一等級）之獎勵。
 
The scores for passing TOCFL announced by the Steering Committee of the Test of Proficiency – Huayu, shall prevail. Incentives shall only be awarded to a student once for each test level for each category. Applicants who received an incentive for a higher level test of a certain category shall not receive the incentive for a lower (or same) level test.
第七條（經費來源）
本獎勵經費由教育部補助之「國際生留臺就業輔導專業化試辦計畫」經費支應。
Article seven (Source of Funding)
The funding for this incentive will be provided by the Ministry of Education's “Pilot Program for the Professionalization of Employment Counseling for International Students in Taiwan.”
第八條（未盡事宜）
本辦法未盡事宜，應依本校相關規定及政府相關法令辦理。
Article Eight (Undescribed Matters)
Matters that are not described in these regulations shall be implemented in accordance with related regulations of CMU and related government laws and regulations.
第九條（核決權限）
本辦法經行政會議通過後，陳請校長發布實施；修正時亦同。
Article Nine (Approval Authority)
These regulations, and any amendments heretofore, after being passed in the administrative meeting, and shall be submitted to the CMU President for approval and implementation.
