蘇冠賓為中國醫藥大學醫學院生物醫學研究所特聘教授、安南醫院研究副院長，畢業於高雄醫學院醫學系，獲英國倫敦國王學院精神醫學博士學位，長期致力於營養精神醫學、轉譯神經科學及憂鬱症創新療法。他以Omega-3多元不飽和脂肪酸，尤其EPA（二十碳五烯酸）與憂鬱症的研究聞名，透過臨床試驗與系統性分析，探討營養介入在精神疾病照護中的應用，並參與制定國際營養精神醫學研究學會（ISNPR）的Omega-3重鬱症臨床實務指引。蘇教授帶領研究團隊結合免疫精神醫學、非侵入性腦刺激及人工智慧，推動精準化與身心整合照護。他參與創立國際及台灣營養精神醫學研究學會，擔任ISNPR副主席與官方期刊《Nutritional Psychiatry》創刊總編輯，曾獲湯森路透科學卓越研究獎及國科會傑出研究獎。他連續7年入選Stanford／Elsevier全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單，並在台灣臨床醫師研究影響力排名中名列第6。其研究重視從論文走向臨床，期望以實證科學改善患者生活。

Kuan-Pin Su, MD, PhD, is a Distinguished Professor at the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Sciences, College of Medicine, China Medical University, and Deputy Superintendent for Research at An-Nan Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Kaohsiung Medical College and his PhD in Psychiatry from King’s College London. A pioneer in nutritional psychiatry, he investigates the links among omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, inflammation, brain function, and depression. His clinical trials and evidence syntheses have examined the therapeutic potential of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and he contributed to the International Society for Nutritional Psychiatry Research (ISNPR) practice guidelines on omega-3 treatment for major depressive disorder. His interdisciplinary research also spans immunopsychiatry, non-invasive brain stimulation, translational neuroscience, and artificial intelligence in mental health. Professor Su helped establish international and Taiwanese professional societies in nutritional psychiatry and serves as Vice President of ISNPR and founding Editor-in-Chief of its journal, Nutritional Psychiatry. His honors include the Thomson Reuters Science Excellence Research Award and Taiwan’s Outstanding Research Award. He has appeared on the Stanford/Elsevier World’s Top 2% Scientists list for seven consecutive years and ranked sixth among clinical physicians in Taiwan in a research-impact assessment. His work emphasizes translating scientific evidence into better care and shared clinical decision-making.
